Hi, I’m Jackie.

For years, I lived in a body that didn’t feel right. I was exhausted, dealing with digestive issues, and cycling through symptoms that never fully made sense. Every time I asked for answers, I was told the same thing: “Your labs are normal.”
But I knew deep down that “normal” didn’t mean healthy — and it certainly didn’t match how I felt.

I wasn’t looking for a quick fix. I was looking for understanding.

Everything changed when I discovered functional nutrition and began working with a nutrition coach who looked beyond surface-level lab ranges and symptom management. Instead of chasing problems one at a time, we focused on the root causes — balancing blood sugar, reducing inflammation, supporting gut health, and using more comprehensive lab data to see the full picture of what was happening inside my body.

Within just 30 days, I started to feel like myself again. Over time, many of my symptoms eased or disappeared, and I was able to step away from six prescription medications I had once depended on. That experience didn’t just improve my health — it changed how I understood the body entirely.

I learned this powerful truth:
When you have the right information and take small, intentional steps, your body has an incredible capacity to heal.
